Telehealth Counseling

All services are offered via secure telehealth, allowing you to attend therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Telehealth is effective, flexible, and ideal for individuals balancing work, family, or transportation challenges.

Telehealth services are available to adults located in New York and Virginia.
