About me

I provide telehealth therapy for adults seeking support through stress, life transitions, and emotional challenges. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, caregiving stress, health-related challenges, and periods of change or uncertainty.

My background includes school-based work, community mental health, and primary care, which has shaped a practical, whole-person approach to therapy. Working across these settings has given me a deep appreciation for how mental health, physical health, family systems, and daily life all intersect. I strive to meet each person with flexibility, compassion, and an understanding of the real-world pressures they may be facing.

My approach is supportive, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-informed practices. Therapy with me is not about quick fixes, but about building insight, strengthening coping strategies, and creating meaningful, sustainable change at a pace that feels right for you. I aim to create a space that feels calm, respectful, and supportive, where you can talk openly and work through challenges at your own pace.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, reading, and catching live music whenever I can. And of course…Go Bills!!
